Inclusive. Authentic. Experienced.
About StockyFotos
Embracing and photographing those who are proud to be stocky, those who aren't, and those just coming to terms with loving themselves.. Bears, Chubs, Daddies, Muscle, Cubs and the Admirers/Chasers who love them.
StockyFotos doesn’t shoot just stocky bears, but those who support and admire them, the same. We are firm believers that the bear community and lifestyle is not that of a certain look, but a certain confidence and comfortability in one’s own skin and the support from the community no matter what kind of body type you have. We strive for the ultimate in male body positivity.
Whether you're proud to be stocky or learning to love yourself, you can be assured to be comfortable in front of our lenses.
Who We Are.
Byron Josh, born and raised in Los Angeles County, California, has always balanced passions for technology, performing arts, and creative expression. A self-described late bloomer, he came out at 28 and began a journey of self-discovery that eventually led him to meet his husband, Sebastian, a filmmaker and producer whose work in LGBTQ+ media and nonprofit storytelling continues to inspire.
Our History.
Combining Byron's passion for photography with Sebastian's experience in production, filmmaking, and event direction, their first Gay Bear/Chub Run inspired a vision. Recognizing the need for a welcoming, affirming photography experience, they combined their talents to create StockyFotos, helping community members feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated.
